The energy workshop previously used ID cards for entry, suffering from proxy clock-in, lost cards, difficult management of contractors, and manual time-consuming attendance counting. Strict safety control and personnel traceability were required for production zones.
Solution
We installed stainless steel swing turnstiles paired with facial recognition terminals to build an integrated access & attendance system:
- Contactless face verification with liveness detection to prevent spoofing
- Hierarchical access rights for staff, contractors and visitors
- Auto-sync access logs to attendance reports
- Fast gate opening to avoid peak-hour congestion

- Eliminate proxy clock-in; all access records traceable for workshop safety compliance
